Ship Owners and/or Officers:
Please register any ships that you intend to have enter Ministry territory. Please note that failure to pre-register or register at an official entry point will result in a Ω1000 fine. Any crew members of a registered ship are permitted to travel within Ministry territory with proof of membership in the crew for the duration of the ship's presence in Ministry territory. Any crew member found without proper visa paperwork while their ship is not in territory is subject to a Ω100 fine.

Business Owners:
Any individuals or groups wishing to operate a business within Ministry territory must register the business prior to the commence of business activities. Only Citizens and individuals holding Investment visas may register a business. Failure to register a business before conducting business activities will result in a Ω500 fine.

Visitors:
Visitors must apply for a visa to enter Ministry territory as an individual. The types of visas available are: travel, work, investment, alliance. The Ministry wishes to remain neutral in all matters outside territory space and as such, will maintain no ambassadors, or foreign government offices in Ministry space. Failure to obtain and maintain a visa will result in a Ω100 fine.

Citizens:
Citizenship is available to people wishing to operate out of or reside in Ministry territory.
